A short tune i made in lmms using freeboy, nescaline and some of the preset drumsamples. Almost loopable.

Pitch-shifted mt-32 sample.

This sound was created from an image of 16 bits / channel grayscale. You can see the image on the following link https://goo. Gl/j5cuhp. The image has been exported to raw format and then was imported into audacity where i applied effects and plugins. The effects and plugins that i use for these sounds called "image sonification" are: eq, paulstretch, reverb among others.

Hohner blues harp in c, played cross-harp (g major) for multiple “train whistle” sounds. First played high (d and f), then lower (b and d) , then a little faster. Recorded about 10 inches away with tascam dr-05. Multiple takes were trimmed and assembled in audacity.

Feeling the vibe. . . Just not the venue. Have at it, if you like.

One of my first at attempts to make an impact sound by layering. I should have picked better source material. I used some recordings of closing a door. Http://freesound. Virtual analog synth mixed with analog ea-1 to create this wind like pad. Sampled through a behringer mixer into an mpc 1000. It sounds nothing like a wind section, hence the title broken wind. 44. 1k, 16-bit.

This was made with kontact and a korg ea-1, mixed with a behringer mixer with light dirt and overdrive. Sampled into an mpc. Left and right are separate channels processed differently. So each sample is actually 2 different sample, 3 if you combine them. 44. 1k, 16-bit.
